Furthermore, we are well-versed in the Sterling-Davis Act and the California Corporations Code for Homeowner Associations.
1370 can effectively manage properties that are encumbered by numerous code violations and poor conditions. We work directly with city inspectors to make sure that the issues are corrected, problematic tenants are replaced, and rents are restored. Furthermore, we remain current on all laws, rules and regulations for the operation of income property in LA County to ensure your property is up to code.

One of our unique traits at 1370 is our ability to quickly and easily take on a property. We assess the current status of the property including any deferred maintenance, inform tenants of the new management and how it affects them, open bank account(s), and set up the property in our accounting and management systems. This all takes place within 24 hours of being assigned the asset.

We issue month-to-month and year-end reports, which include a monthly narrative, rent roll, profit & loss, transaction report, and any maintenance invoices for the managed property. This enables you to have a clear view of how your asset is performing. We also can provide specialized reports as necessary.
 
As an additional service, we constantly research the availability of income properties for our clients. We work closely with residential and commercial real estate and mortgage brokers to offer our clients the best possible investment opportunities.
